1. Agreement
Xolith ("the bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot run by xol (xol.gg). By adding Xolith to a server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the bot.
2. Discord's rules
You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines while using Xolith.
3. Virtual coins and items
- All coins, items, pets, gear and other rewards in Xolith are virtual. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
- You may not sell or buy them for real money or anything else of real value — inside or outside Discord.
- Casino games use virtual coins only. Nothing can ever be cashed out.
4. Fair play
These are not allowed:
- Cheating of any kind.
- Using bugs to gain an advantage. If you find a bug, please report it to us instead.
- Alt accounts for farming — using extra accounts to collect coins or rewards. Accounts newer than 7 days can't give coins.
- Automation — self-bots, macros, scripts or anything that plays for you.
5. Blocks and resets
The developer can block any player from using Xolith and reset their progress at any time — for example, when these rules are broken.
6. Global economy
Your progress is global: it's the same on every server. Server admins can't change anyone's coins or progress; only the developer can. Admins can only set up their server's welcome messages, DJ role and giveaways.
7. Server admins
Server admins are responsible for the welcome messages they write and for any prizes they promise in giveaways; Xolith only picks the winners.
8. Premium
- Premium is given per server, for a set period.
- It unlocks the features listed on the Premium page. It never gives coins, items or economy advantages.
- Premium can be stopped if the server breaks these terms or Discord's rules.
- Premium features can change over time.
9. Changes to Xolith and to these terms
We keep improving Xolith, so features, rewards and game balance can change, be added or be removed. We may also update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Xolith after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. No guarantees
- Xolith is provided "as is", without any guarantees. We do our best, but we can't promise the bot will always be online, fast or free of bugs.
- Answers from
/askare written by an AI and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal or money decisions.
